The labour union or welfare on the center left of political spectrum. He believes in social democracy & democratic socialism. Adim Bhartiya Dal was a political organization formed under the leadership of Sh. Hari Shankar Rajvans, Advocate on 27.05.2010 and Constitutions of Adim Bhartiya Dal.
His work within the labor union reflected his dedication to creating a fair and just environment for workers, emphasizing democratic values and social equality.
Notably, Sh. Beldar was deeply involved in the formation and activities of the Adim Bhartiya Dal (ABD), a political organization founded under the leadership of Sh. Hari Shankar Rajvans, Advocate, on May 27, 2010. The ABD, as outlined in its constitution, aimed to challenge and dismantle caste and capitalist structures prevalent in India. Sh. Beldar, as one of the founder members and a political advisor of ABD, actively opposed the entrenched caste system and sought to support the Indian working class in their struggle for better conditions and rights.
