Party Constitution

Constitution of Adim Bhartiya Dal

Preamble: We, the members of Adim Bhartiya Dal, in a conference convened in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, in the year 2010, do hereby adopt, enact, and give to ourselves this constitution. With a vision for a just, equitable, and prosperous society, we pledge to uphold the principles outlined herein.

Article I: Name and Affiliation

  1. The organization shall be known as “Adim Bhartiya Dal” (ABD).
  2. ABD shall operate as an independent political entity with its headquarters in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.

Article II: Objectives

  1. ABD is committed to fostering holistic development, promoting equality, justice, and prosperity for all.
  2. The party shall advocate for policies that prioritize the welfare of farmers, businesses, industries, education, infrastructure, and labor.

Article III: Membership

  1. Membership to ABD is open to all individuals who subscribe to its principles and objectives.
  2. Members shall adhere to the code of conduct outlined by the party and actively contribute to its growth and development.

Article IV: Leadership Structure

  1. ABD shall have a central committee responsible for decision-making and policy formulation.
  2. Regional chapters may be established to address local concerns and promote grassroots engagement.

Article V: Policies and Manifesto

  1. ABD shall formulate and publish policies that address the needs of agriculture, business, industry, education, infrastructure, and labor welfare.
  2. The party shall release a comprehensive manifesto outlining its vision and plans for the betterment of society.

Article VI: Electoral Process

  1. ABD shall participate in elections at various levels to promote its agenda and secure positions for effective policy implementation.
  2. The party shall conduct fair and transparent candidate selection processes.

Article VII: Amendments

  1. Amendments to this constitution may be proposed by the central committee or through a majority vote during a general conference.
  2. Proposed amendments shall be subject to review and approval by the membership.

Article VIII: Dissolution

  1. ABD may be dissolved through a two-thirds majority vote during a general conference.
  2. In the event of dissolution, party assets shall be liquidated and utilized for charitable purposes as determined by the central committee.
